We are seeking an experienced Data Engineerwho processes and analyzes large-scale datasets to improve software performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in engineering within the automotive industry. This role will contribute to developing high-performance, high robustness and high reliability far-infrared (FIR) sensors and innovative AI solutions for implementing advanced safety vehicles in the next generation.\nKey Responsibilities\nData analysis, management, and data utilization of ADAS/AD Software\nVerification and Validation of the AI algorithm performance and characteristic and KPI measurements\nDefining the experimental design, sample size, and validation conditions\nPlan for managing and organization of the data collection and database\nSupport data collection activities and creating corner cases for improving AI algorithms\nStatistical analysis, results reporting, and creating improvement proposals\nCreation of AI training dataset, improvement, and quality enhancement\nCollaborate with other departments to promote “KAIZEN” in data management and utilization.\nQualifications:\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in engineering\nExperience in ADAS systems development or embedded Linux development\nMinimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis\nExperience in developing or evaluating image recognition AI systems (object detection and 3D depth estimation, tracking, fusion)\nLeadership ability to manage challenges\nNative-level Japanese speaker.
