Would you like to work in an international e-commerce environment where you can make a direct impact on commercial performance?\nAbout the role\nAs a Performance Marketing Specialist at Vertaa.fi, you will be responsible for managing and improving the performance of online advertising campaigns across our platforms.\nYou will work with channels such as Google Shopping, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, using data to identify opportunities, improve profitability and drive commercial results.\nYou will also be involved in international projects, working closely with marketing colleagues in Finland and the Netherlands, as well as our sales and IT teams.\nWe are looking for someone who brings relevant experience, works independently and takes initiative. Someone who doesn't just execute tasks, but also identifies opportunities, challenges existing approaches and helps us continuously improve.\nWhat will you be doing?\nIn this role, you will independently manage, analyze and optimize performance marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Google Shopping. You will closely monitor campaign performance and profitability, using data and reporting tools to identify opportunities, address challenges and turn insights into concrete improvements.\nYou will take ownership of your own projects, from identifying opportunities to implementing solutions and driving results. Collaboration is an important part of the role, as you will work closely with marketing colleagues in Finland and the Netherlands, as well as our sales and IT teams.\nBeyond managing campaigns, you will contribute to improving our advertising automation, tools and processes. We encourage you to share your knowledge, challenge existing approaches and bring new ideas to the table. You will have the freedom to experiment, explore new opportunities and make a direct impact on the performance and growth of our platforms across Europe.\nWhat do we expect from you?\nPreferably 3-6 years of relevant experience in performance marketing, e-commerce or digital advertising.\n\nHands-on experience with Google Ads, preferably including Google Shopping.\n\nStrong analytical skills and a commercial mindset.\n\nExperience working with campaign performance, reporting and profitability.\n\nThe ability to work independently, set priorities and take responsibility for results.\n\nA proactive approach: you identify opportunities and problems without always being asked.\n\nGood organizational skills and the ability to coordinate projects with different stakeholders.\n\nClear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.\n\nGood command of Finnish and English, both spoken and written.\n\nYou live in Helsinki or the surrounding area.\nExperience with Microsoft Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, product feeds or advertising automation is a plus.
