# Principal, Operations Engineer

Compass is recruiting for a Principal, Operations Engineer, an individual contributor and senior technical expert supporting high-level facility engineering, commissioning, troubleshooting, and vendor management across our data center operations. This role partners with Operations, Design, Construction, Sales, and Solutions Engineering to resolve complex mechanical or electrical challenges, strengthen operational reliability, and support custom customer requirements. The Principal, Operations Engineer also provides operational backup and 24/7 escalation support for critical facility events.
