Backed by a team of 270+ passionate professionals, our all-in-one school management platform is redefining how education communities connect, communicate, and operate.\nWe’re now looking for a Software Test Engineer to join our team!\nAbout the Role\nAs a Software Test Engineer at Compass, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability before they reach our users.\nThis role suits someone who loves finding patterns, breaking down complex challenges, and turning observations into actionable insights. You’ll collaborate across teams, continuously improve our testing frameworks, and help shape how Compass delivers quality software at scale.\nAt Compass, you will:\nDesign and maintain test cases, environments, and scripts for new and existing features. \nExecute manual and automated testing across web, iOS, and Android applications. \nPerform system, regression, and end-to-end testing using tools like Applitools Preflight and BrowserStack. \nConduct API testing (Postman, GraphQL) and performance testing to ensure scalability and reliability. \nIdentify, document, and track defects, collaborating with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues. \nContribute to automation frameworks and promote best practices in test strategy and coverage. \nWork with product and engineering teams to define quality metrics and improve release confidence.\nRequirements\nWhat you'll need to succeed\nAt Compass, we’re looking for people who bring energy, curiosity, and a genuine drive to make things better.
