Our rapid growth and breadth of accounts translates into exciting opportunities for our people!\nJob Summary\nThe Assistant General Manager serves as a key member of the leadership team, partnering closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of a high-volume collegiate dining and retail operation. This role is responsible for supporting daily operations across residential dining, retail locations, and catering while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, financial performance, operational excellence, and compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards.\nThe successful candidate will be a visible, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing teams, driving engagement, and delivering exceptional hospitality. This position oversees a residential dining program serving approximately 825 meal plan participants and supports multiple retail concepts, including coffee shops and convenience operations.\nSchedule\nMonday through Friday, 8:00 AM -
