The individual in this role will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of service and consistently maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring the space is optimized and running smoothly. This role is expected to be on-site five days a week.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide high-level internal and external customer support.\nGreet employees and visitors, welcome visitors with a smile, and maintain eye contact through the entire interaction.
