Job Summary
Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise concession stand operations before, during, and after events.
- Lead, motivate, and support hourly concession staff to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Ensure all food and beverage products are prepared, stocked, and presented according to company standards.
- Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate product shortages or operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with cash handling, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and financial controls.
- Address guest concerns and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate event-specific expectations and operational updates.
- Assist with opening, closing, and post-event reconciliation procedures.
- Train and coach team members on company policies, service standards, and operational procedures.
