This role oversees food quality, team performance, sanitation, and event readiness to ensure successful execution during high-volume sports and entertainment events.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nSupervise BOH culinary operations during events and ensure efficient food production and execution.\nLead, coach, and support cooks, prep cooks, and utility staff.\nEnsure food quality, consistency, portioning, and recipe standards are maintained.\nMonitor food safety, sanitation, temperature logs, and health department compliance.\nSupport prep, setup, breakdown, and inventory management for concession locations.\nAssist with labor deployment and staffing needs based on event volume.\nPartner with culinary and operations leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences.\nAddress operational challenges in real time to maintain service standards.\nEnsure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.\nMaintain proper HACCP procedures, food temperatures, labeling, dating, and storage compliance.\nConduct BOH line checks and sanitation walkthroughs before, during, and after events.\nEnsure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and proper use of equipment and chemicals.\nMaintain compliance with Levy standards, local regulations, and company policies.\nQualifications\n2+ years of culinary or BOH supervisory experience in high-volume food service, concessions, catering, or hospitality.\nKnowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.\nStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.\nFlexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on events.\nFood Handler Certification required; ServSafe preferred.\nThis role is ideal for a hands-on culinary leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.\nApply to Levy today!\nLevy is a member of Compass Group USA\nClick here to Learn More about the Compass Story\nCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
