This position provides leadership, operational oversight, and support to ensure exceptional guest service, food safety compliance, financial accountability, and efficient execution of food and beverage operations. The Lead Concessions Supervisor serves as a key operational leader, helping drive event success while maintaining company standards and fostering a positive team culture.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee the operation of multiple concession stands and food service locations during events.\nProvide leadership, guidance, and support to Concessions Supervisors and Stand Leads.\nMonitor guest service standards and respond to operational or guest concerns as needed.\nEnsure proper staffing levels, labor deployment, and break management across assigned locations.\nConduct pre-event meetings and communicate event-specific expectations, goals, and operational updates.\nMonitor food quality, presentation, and service speed to ensure an exceptional guest experience.\nEnsure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health department, and company standards.\nAssist with inventory management, product distribution, and operational readiness before and during events.\nMonitor cash handling procedures, POS operations, and financial controls.\nSupport hiring, training, onboarding, and performance coaching of concession team members.\nComplete operational reports, sales tracking, and post-event summaries.\nCollaborate with culinary, warehouse, retail, premium, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, guest satisfaction, and team performance.\nAssist management with special projects and operational initiatives\nApply to Levy today!\nLevy is a member of Compass Group USA\nClick here to Learn More about the Compass Story\nCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
