You will offer personalized solutions for our clients and work with our operations team to make sure we exceed our client’s expectations.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nAnswers telephones and makes reservations for clients.\nPlans for use of the conference center.\nCommunicates to operating departments including Conference Services, Catering, and Audio Visual as needed.\nFinalizes all planning details with clients and distributes to all operating departments.\nChecks all conference rooms and ensures Audio Visual equipment are set according to customer standards before client arrives.\nProvides business center services when requested.\nTracks information in the database and runs end of day reports.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\n2 years of planning experience.\nKeep abreast of industry trends and share information with staff.\nExceptional customer service abilities.\nProficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.\nBachelor’s degree is preferred.\nApply to Rapport today!\nRapport is a specialized division of FLIK Hospitality Group and a member of Compass Group USA\nClick here to Learn More about the Compass Story\nCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
