It is how we connect and interact with our clients, business partners and fellow associates.\nJob Summary:\nThe Director of Business Development is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all developmental activities across assigned Food Distribution Operating Companies. This role is focused on new account acquisition and driving targeted revenue growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives. The position is not location-specific and requires flexibility to travel as needed.\nResponsibilities:\nManage staff and oversee specific assigned duties of management and sales. \nReview performance statements, sales activity reports, and compliance reports to identify areas for improvement. \nMonitor strategic business relationships with key partners to ensure effective and efficient operations. \nDrive business development of new CSM Members and Distribution Alignments. \nCollaborate with CSM’s President on business development activities. \nPlan and direct business development opportunities across the enterprise. \nEnsure timely follow-up on all business development activities. \nFocus on acquiring new accounts and achieving targeted revenue growth. \nQualifications:\nMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree required, focus in Business preferred.
