Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation. \nWashes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation. \nPolishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures.
