We’re looking for a hands-on culinary leader passionate about quality, innovation, presentation, and exceptional hospitality.\nMonday-Friday, no weekends, with an outstanding work-life balance.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLeads the successful execution of numerous high-end catering events, from intimate executive meetings to large-scale corporate functions.\nPlans regular and modified menus according to established guidelines,\nResponsible for leading, training, and developing a team of 30 culinary professionals while maintaining operational standards, food safety, and consistency across all dining platforms.\nFollows standardized recipes, portioning, and presentation standards. Completes and utilizes daily production worksheets and waste log sheets. Tastes completed meals to ensure quality\nTrains kitchen staff in food preparation, safe handling, operation of equipment, food safety and sanitation based on Company and regulatory standards\nEstablishes and maintains cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment, storage and work areas.
