This leadership role is responsible for supervising front-line team members, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational standards, and supporting day-to-day food and beverage service during events and non-event operations.\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at developing teams, and is passionate about delivering world-class hospitality.\nAreas of Responsibility\nThis position will provide operational support and supervision for premium dining locations throughout the United Center, including:\nChicago Stadium Club\n\nBMO/MUC Club\n\nKetel One Club\nCalamos/Glass Club\n\nFanDuel Sportsbook\n\nQueenie's Restaurant\n\nSuites and Premium Hospitality Areas (as assigned)\nResponsibilities may shift based on business needs, events, and operational demands.\nEssential Responsibilities\nSupervise and lead hourly front-of-house food and beverage team members.\nEnsure exceptional guest service standards are consistently delivered.\nMonitor daily operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.\nSupport opening, event-time, and closing procedures.\nAddress guest concerns and resolve service issues professionally and promptly.\nEnsure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and health regulations.\nMonitor inventory, supplies, and operational readiness of assigned locations.\nPromote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and hospitality excellence.\nComplete operational reports and maintain accurate documentation as needed.\nQualifications\nMinimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, food & beverage, restaurant, hotel, sports and entertainment venue, or related industry.\n\nStrong leadership and team development skills.\nExcellent communication and guest service abilities.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.\nFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and event days.\nKnowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service practices preferred.\nExperience within sports and entertainment venues is a plus.\nApply to Levy today!\nLevy is a member of Compass Group USA\nClick here to Learn More about the Compass Story\nCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
