This event-based, part-time leadership role provides first-level supervision of food and beverage operations within our Premium Suites, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and compliance with all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.\nEssential Responsibilities\nSupervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest service and efficient event execution.\nLead, coach, and support Suite Attendants, Food and Beverage Runners, Pantry Coordinators, and other front/back-of-house team members.\nEnsure food and beverages are served accurately, safely, and within established quality and service standards.\nMonitor staff performance to ensure compliance with company policies, sanitation procedures, HACCP standards, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.\nTrain and mentor new team members on service standards, safety procedures, and operational expectations.\nOversee opening and closing responsibilities, including side work, station cleanliness, and suites readiness.\nMaintain inventory levels, complete daily and monthly inventory counts, and communicate supply needs.\nResolve guest concerns professionally while creating an exceptional suite experience.\nCommunicate effectively with management, culinary teams, and event staff to ensure seamless operations.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nHighschool Diploma or GED.\nMinimum of (1) year of supervisory experience.\nMinimum (1) year of Food and Beverage, Hotel/ Hospitality, Club or Full-Service Restaurant experience.\nValid TABC or state-approved Alcohol/Liquor certification.\nValid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification.\nExcellent customer service, organization, and time management.\nAbility to speak, read, and write in English.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nAbility to remain focused in a loud and busy environment.\nMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.\nApply to Levy today!\nLevy is a member of Compass Group USA\nClick here to Learn More about the Compass Story\nCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
