Apply today!\nJob Summary\nSummary: Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nObtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef. \nPrepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes. \nCompletes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets. Tastes completed meals to ensure quality. \nOperates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use. \nStores, labels and dates all food items according to policy. Follows HACCP guidelines. \nCompletes all required documentation, reports, logs as required. \nComplies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures. \nTakes orders from customer and prepare items requiring short preparation time. \nServes customers in an efficient and friendly manner. \nCompletes orders from steam tables and grill and serves customers at multiple stations. \nUses approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control. \nOperates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use. \nStores, labels and dates all food items according to policy. \nFollows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply. \nResolves customer concerns. \nPerforms other duties as assigned. \nThe Benefits\nWe are always looking for ways to invest in our people both inside and outside of work to help them achieve their full potential.
