We are Canteen.\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Coordinator for installation of Micro Markets to manage the successful planning and implementation of new business. This role supports the installation and surveys of approximately 3-5 new markets per week across the DFW Metroplex.\nThe ideal candidate thrives in a detail-oriented environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Precision is critical in this role. Small measurement errors can significantly impact installation success, making attention to detail and analytical thinking essential.\nKey Responsibilities\nReceive and manage new Avenue C opportunities generated through the sales team.\nConduct on-site assessments of customer locations to evaluate available space, traffic flow, coffee service areas, vending locations, electrical requirements, and installation feasibility.\nTake precise measurements and assess environmental factors, including door clearances, room layouts, and equipment placement requirements.\nDevelop professional client proposals and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.\nUtilize internal space-planning and design tools (like AutoCAD functionality) to create breakroom and market layouts.\nGenerate detailed installation plans and communicate recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams responsible for ordering coolers, kiosks, fixtures, and other market equipment.\nEnsure all project specifications, measurements, and installation details are accurate before execution.\nServe as the primary project liaison between Sales, Operations, Installation Teams, and Clients during the planning phase.\nManage multiple installations concurrently while maintaining project timelines and quality standards.\nTransition completed installation plans to the Operations Team for final execution and ongoing support.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent project coordination experience.\n2+ years of project coordination, project management, construction planning, facilities planning, retail design, or related experience.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is required.\nExperience working with space-planning, CAD, AutoCAD, or similar design software is strongly preferred.\nAbility to read floor plans, interpret measurements, and create accurate layout recommendations.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nExcellent communication and customer-facing skills.\nValid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations.\nApply to Canteen today!\nCanteen is a member of Compass Group USA\nClick here to Learn More about the Compass Story\nCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
