You'll lead the business strategy, and be responsible for organizing, collaborating, and influencing with cross function teams of professionals who believe in creating innovative solutions to problems.\nEssential Functions:\nDemonstrate and Lead R/A’s culture of C.A.R.E.\nPlan and advise business portfolio that achieves Key Performance Indicators\nPartner with senior management to discuss strategies, objectives, and obstacles\nMonitor and strategize to reach annual targets and new market solutions\nDirect and lead a team of account managers\nCoordinate financial objective & analysis, and supervise for profitability and losses.\nWhat you will do:\nSuccessfully build relationships at all levels of the team, client, customer and RA/Compass organizations.\nBuild an exciting culture through growth, development, recognition and rewards of dedicated associates in which they are Proud to Work.
