Come grow your career with Eurest.\nJob Summary\nThe Senior AI Solutions Analyst is responsible for delivering rapid, high-quality ad-hoc and exploratory reporting while maintaining and enhancing existing dashboards to support immediate business needs. This role partners closely with stakeholders to respond to urgent reporting requests, translate business questions into actionable insights, and ensure dashboards remain accurate, relevant, and easy to use. The analyst also identifies recurring requests and collaborates with the BI team to transition repeatable work into standardized, scalable reporting solutions. In addition, the role evaluates and applies emerging AI capabilities, automation, and analytics technologies to improve reporting efficiency, accelerate insight delivery, and enhance decision-making across the business.\nThis is a hybrid position located at Wells Fargo 30 Hudson Yards, New York, NY 10001\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver ad-hoc and exploratory reports\nMaintain and enhance dashboards\nSupport urgent account requests\nIdentify repeatable work for standardization\nEscalate anything that becomes repeatable or high value\nDevelop Power BI datasets and semantic models\nBuild standardized dashboards and reports\nOptimize SQL queries and data pipelines\nEnsure performance, security, and scalability\nCollaborate with business partners to define reporting requirements and build accurate data models.\nDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that visualize KPIs, trends, and opportunities.\nPerform data extraction, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.\nIntegrate and analyze data from multiple sources to support decision-making.\nIdentify data quality gaps and implement process improvements.\nPresent findings and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.\nMaintain and enhance existing BI products and automate reporting workflows.\n Qualifications\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree preferred.\nExperience: 3 to 6 years in BI, data development experience.\nAdvanced expertise in Power BI, including DAX, semantic data modeling, and performance optimization, with strong SQL development skills (queries, views, stored procedures).\nStrong analytical, mathematical, and reasoning skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and ensure accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards.\nExperience working in a consultative role with business leaders, clients, and stakeholders, translating business challenges into data-driven solutions and communicating insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nExperience designing and supporting enterprise reporting and financial analytics solutions; experience in food service or related industries is a plus.\nProficiency in modern data transformation and modeling tools such as DBT, with solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, schema design, and ETL/ELT best practices.\nExperience using version control and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub) and familiarity with data pipeline orchestration tools such as Airflow or equivalents.\nFamiliarity with modern analytics platforms and cloud data environments, including Microsoft Fabric; experience with Azure SQL Managed Instance and/or Snowflake is a plus.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.\nProven ability to execute efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to deliver data solutions aligned to business objectives.\nProficient in leveraging modern AI platforms including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and similar AI tools, to enhance analytics, automation, reporting, and decision-making.\nCollaborate with the Automations team to design, develop and/or maintain AI-powered solutions, including AI agents, copilots, and workflow automations that support business and client objectives.\nApply to Eurest today!\nEurest is a member of Compass Group USA\nClick here to Learn More about the Compass Story\nAssociates at Eurest are offered many fantastic benefits.\nMedical\nDental\nVision\nLife Insurance/ AD\nDisability Insurance\nRetirement Plan\nPaid Time Off\nHoliday Time Off (varies by site/state)\nAssociate Shopping Program\nHealth and Wellness Programs\nDiscount Marketplace\nIdentity Theft Protection\nPet Insurance\nCommuter Benefits\nEmployee Assistance Program\nFlexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)\nPaid Parental Leave\nPersonal Leave\nAssociates may also be eligible for paid and/or unpaid time off benefits in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
