complex strategy into clear, field-ready materials and executive communications\n- Working knowledge of brokerage operations and the Agent Experience function is a plus\n- 5+ years in program management, strategy, operations, GTM, or enablement in a technology-driven environment\n- Highly organized, strong attention to detail, and dependable follow-through on long-running initiatives\n-
