This position is responsible for preparing operating rooms, managing surgical instruments and sterile fields, and supporting the surgical team throughout procedures. The CST helps ensure patient safety, surgical efficiency, and adherence to the highest standards of care in a high-performing outpatient setting.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPrepare surgical suites and sterile fields for a wide range of procedures\n\nAssist surgeons during operations by anticipating needs and passing instruments\n\nManage counts of instruments, needles, and sponges to maintain patient safety\n\nHandle and label specimens properly\n\nSupport cleaning, restocking, and sterilization of surgical equipment\n\nCollaborate with nurses, surgeons, and support staff to ensure smooth case flow\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nGraduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program\n\nCurrent Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential\n\nAt least 1 year of OR experience within the last 3-5 years\n\nCurrent BLS certification (ACLS/PALS a plus)\n\nPreferred: Member of the Association of Surgical Technologists (AST)\n\nStrong communication and teamwork skills\n\nHigh attention to detail and aseptic technique\n\nAbility to remain calm under pressure\n\nCommitment to patient-centered care\n\nPhysical & Work Environment Requirements\nFrequent standing, lifting, and repetitive hand
