The position supports the successful delivery of projects by managing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications. The Project Manager I works closely with business leaders, functional teams, and customers to ensure project objectives are achieved within established timelines and budget parameters.\nThis role may oversee multiple projects concurrently while developing expertise in project management methodologies, stakeholder management, and organizational processes.\nThis role will be onsite in Tustin, California.\nYour Responsibilities Will Be:\nAssists in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with project stakeholders.\nFacilitates project planning activities and requirements-gathering discussions.\nDevelops and maintains project schedules, resource plans, and project documentation.\nTracks project progress against established plans, milestones, and deliverables.\nIdentifies, documents, and escalates project risks, issues, and scope changes.\nCoordinates activities among cross-functional project team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.\nMonitors project budgets and actual expenditures against approved estimates.\nMaintains project dashboards, schedules, and status reports.\nCommunicates project status, risks, issues, and milestones to project stakeholders and management.\nFacilitates project meetings and documents key decisions and action items.\nSupports project implementation activities and transition-to-operations planning as required.\nEnsures project documentation is maintained in accordance with company standards.\nParticipates in continuous improvement initiatives related to project management tools, processes, and best practices.\nPerforms other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nMinimum of 1-3 years of project coordination, project management, operations, or related business experience.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nExperience supporting cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nExperience working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.\nLicensing/Certifications:\nCAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) preferred.\nPMI certification strongly preferred.\nTravel Requirements:\nUp to 10% travel may be required based on project or business needs.\nADA Requirements:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
