Central to this role is knowing the child,\nbuilding professional, nurturing and positive relationships and\nmotivating students.\nWe require a Teacher with the ability/willing to\nteach English and/or Maths to GCSE level. No matter the accreditation\nwhich is best for the child to pursue, we maintain high aspirations for\nour children regardless of their learning journey and don’t\nunderestimate the importance of qualifications to provide our children\nwith life chances and opportunities.\nCompass Community School teachers inspire\nchildren, creating a sense of awe and wonder and making subjects and\nlessons real and relevant to them.
