As a School-Based Therapist with Compass Health Network, you’ll provide mental health services directly in the school setting, helping students and families overcome challenges and build brighter futures. You'll be part of a supportive, integrated team that believes in compassionate care, clinical excellence, and the power of early intervention.\nThis position serves all grade levels in the Lebanon School District. Based on a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule. \n This Is a Great Opportunity for Someone Who:\nEnjoys working in partnership with school staff to make mental health more accessible for students\nBelieves in early intervention and wants to help youth overcome challenges before they escalate\nValues clinical support, collaboration, and meaningful work without the stress of private practice logistics\n\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide mental health therapy (individual, family, and/or group) to students based on their needs\nComplete initial evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and treatment plans in collaboration with the student and family\nCoordinate care with school staff, families, and other Compass providers to support holistic treatment\nMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency policies (within 24 hours of service delivery)\nParticipate in school meetings as appropriate to advocate for student needs\nServe as a mental health resource and consultant to school personnel\nSupport crisis intervention needs and safety planning, with 24/7 access to Compass’s crisis resources\nCollaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure wraparound care for each student\n\nRequirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nMaster’s degree in a human service-related field required\n LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:\nLCSW, LPC, or LMFT (or
