This is an opportunity to use your financial expertise to strengthen the ministry of our Frontline Church Partners (FCPs), helping churches steward resources with integrity, build sustainable practices, and create lasting impact in the lives of children.\nIf you're passionate about combining technical excellence with servant-hearted partnership, this role could be your next calling.\nHow You'll Make an Impact\nAs a trusted finance partner, coach, and advisor, you'll walk alongside church leaders and ministry teams to strengthen financial stewardship and organizational capacity.\nStrengthen Church Partners Through Financial Stewardship\nReview and provide guidance on financial reports, transactions, and accounting practices\nHelp church partners strengthen financial accountability, reporting quality, and internal controls\n Identify risks, trends, and opportunities that support healthier financial management\nReview audit findings and support corrective actions when needed\nSupport churches in applying sound accounting principles and ministry-focused financial practices\nCollaborate with Partnership Facilitators and Church-Facing Teams to ensure a consistent and supportive partner experience\nEquip, Coach & Empower Others\nFacilitate finance and stewardship training for church leaders and partner staff\nDevelop practical tools and learning resources that build confidence and capability\nCoach and mentor partners through accounting, reporting, and process-related challenges\nTranslate financial concepts into practical, easy-to-understand guidance\nEncourage sustainable growth by helping partners develop ownership of their financial processes\nJourney Alongside Our Church Partners\nTravel throughout the Philippines to provide on-site support, coaching, and encouragement\nBuild trusted relationships with church leaders, finance teams, and ministry stakeholders\nUnderstand local contexts and help partners find practical solutions that fit their realities\nSupport assessments, organizational reviews, and initiatives that strengthen ministry effectiveness\nCollaborate Across the Ministry\nPartner with Finance, Partnership, Program, People & Culture, and National Leadership teams\nServe as a trusted financial resource and subject matter expert\nHelp bridge finance and partnership functions to better support local churches\nContribute to initiatives that strengthen systems, processes, and organizational capacity\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field\nActive member of a local church with a strong commitment to serving local churches and children's ministry\nMinimum of 5 years of relevant accounting and financial management experience\nStrong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, internal controls, compliance requirements, and risk management\nExperience reviewing financial reports, transaction listings, audits, and organizational financial performance\nExperience supporting, consulting with, or working alongside partner organizations\nStrong facilitation, coaching, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills\nAbility to communicate financial concepts clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences\nExperience leading projects, mentoring others, or supervising staff\nPreferred Qualifications\nCPA or other professional accounting certification\nMaster's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field\nExperience working with churches, faith-based organizations, NGOs, or development organizations\nExperience supporting grant-funded or donor-funded initiatives\nExperience working with U.S. Government-funded grants and/or European Union-funded grants\nExperience managing the finances of large NGOs, ministries, or partner organizations\nExperience in training, capacity building, and organizational development\nWho Will Thrive in This Role?\nThe ideal candidate is someone who combines strong financial expertise with genuine care for people.\nYou enjoy helping others grow.
