This role plays an important part in ensuring compensation programs are administered accurately, consistently, and in alignment with organizational guidelines and market practices.\nEssential Responsibilities\nAdminister and support global compensation programs, policies, and processes, ensuring accurate and consistent application across regions.\n\nCoordinate compensation survey participation from end to end, including data collection, validation, submission, provider communication, and analysis of survey results.\n\nConduct compensation analyses such as market pricing, salary benchmarking, internal equity reviews, pay recommendations, and offer-related compensation comparisons.\n\nSupport the administration of compensation programs including USD Pegging and Economic Relief Payments, ensuring accurate calculations, data validation, and timely communication to stakeholders.\n\nPrepare compensation reports, analyses, and recommendations to support leaders, People & Culture partners, and organizational decision-making.\n\nPartner closely with People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, Treasury, ministry leaders, regional leadership, and external survey providers on compensation-related initiatives and inquiries.\n\nReview compensation actions for compliance with established policies, guidelines, and compensation frameworks while maintaining data integrity and reporting accuracy.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement efforts by helping enhance compensation processes, documentation, and program administration practices.\n\nChampion Compassion’s commitment to child protection by ensuring child protection considerations are prioritized in decision-making and daily work. Adhere to Compassion’s Child Protection Policy and Code of Conduct, promptly report concerns related to child abuse, neglect, or exploitation through established reporting channels, and support appropriate response procedures when needed.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.\n\nExperience in Human Resources with direct responsibility for compensation-related work.\n\nExperience supporting compensation programs within a global or multinational organization.\n\nKnowledge of compensation surveys, market benchmarking, and statistical analysis.\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with compensation or workforce data.\n\nProfessional proficiency in written and spoken English.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively in a global, collaborative environment.\n\nDemonstrated collaboration, adaptability, and continuous learning mindset.\n\nWorking Conditions\nRemote work environment.\n\nApproximately 10% travel may be required, including
