The Housekeeper provides essential support services for the client with warmth and professionalism in the home environment, including, but not limited to:\nTop-to-bottom cleaning - vacuuming, dusting, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, baseboards, floors\nDetailed cleaning - windows, curtains and blinds, baseboards, ceiling fans and fixtures, cupboards, appliances\nHousekeeping - changing linens and bed sheets, laundry and ironing\nAll successful applicants will be required to provide a Clear Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nListening to, understanding, and responding appropriately to client requests and needs\nMeeting schedules on time and in a diligent manner\nAccomplishing tasks within designated times with efficiency and quality\nEnsuring the client is in a safe and comfortable environment \nWorking closely with team members to ensure high quality service is delivered\nQualifications and Education Requirements:\nLegal working status in Canada\nExcellent communication and organizational skills\nRequired Skills & Credentials:\nHousekeeping and residential cleaning experience\nValid driver’s license, Class 5\nEnglish fluency\nBasic computer literacy\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience working with seniors, persons-with-disabilities\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to walk/stand for long periods of time\nAble to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 20lbs\nStrong customer service skills and empathy towards others\nSelf-starter with high attention to detail and thoroughness\nAbility to multi-task and coordinate multiple priorities\nAbility to work within defined deadlines\nAbility to function within a collaborative team environment\nAbility to complete physically demanding work
