core financial systems) and a practical understanding of its functional constraints and integration patterns.\n\nProven ability to design conceptual architectures for complex, multi-system environments and to perform rigorous feasibility and impact assessments.\n\nExperience working in high-complexity, high-regulation verticals (such as financial services) and navigating legacy technology stacks without breaking critical operations.\n\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain trade-offs, risks, and design decisions clearly to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nA problem-solving mindset that focuses on system integrity, maintainability, and long-term scalability rather than just “getting it to work” today.\n\nCollaborative
