Business related transportation and expenses will be paid by the organization. This intern will work full-time through the summer of 2027. The internship is located out of our Mankato, MN or Lakeville, MN office location. If pursuing internship credit through your university, it is your responsibility to consult with your advisor and review the internship's job description to ensure it meets the minimum eligibility requirements.\nThe contributions you will make: This internship will work with the Crop Insurance team to process and service multi-peril crop insurance (MPCI), crop hail and other insurance policies. Compeer Financial is seeking collaborative, innovative and dynamic professionals to be a part of our Top Workplace culture!\nA typical day: \nDevelop working knowledge of crop insurance products.\nData entry into AIP systems.\nProduce, assemble and mail marketing material to clients.\nProtect client confidentiality and integrity of Compeer client data.\nThe skills and experience we prefer you have: \nPursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business or a related field.\nKnowledge of agriculture and agricultural operations is preferred.\nEfficient, accurate, detail oriented.\nProficient with multiple forms of technology and software, including Microsoft applications.\nAbility to deliver high quality products and services.\nOral and written communication skills, sufficient to exchange information effectively with peers and team leader.\nHow we will take care of you:\nActual hourly rate offered is dependent upon year in school, work experience, transferable skills, business needs and market demands.
