Investigates misapplied payments and consults with Finance as needed to understand data to assist in correcting the issue or explaining the issue to the client.\nTransfers incoming calls to the appropriate team member when needed.\nProcesses all returned mail.\nMonitors for collateral insurance placement and cancelations and gathers information for the correct coverage.\nThe skills and experience we prefer you have: \nHigh school diploma or GED.\nPrevious client service experience, preferably in a financial institution.\nGeneral knowledge of farming operations and agriculture.\nGeneral knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.\nAttention to detail and accuracy.\nMathematical and problem-solving skills.\nBasic typing skills.\nOrganizational, listening, written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.\nComputer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, customer relationship management (CRM) programs, online banking applications, document management software and other related applications.\nHow we will take care of you:\nOur job titles may span more than one career level (associate, senior, principal, etc.). The actual title and base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
