Supports Compeer’s strategic imperatives.\nHires, develops, motivates, coaches, evaluates, trains and rewards department team members.\nProvides clear and timely communication and feedback to all team members on expectations and goals.\nPromotes a positive work environment that leverages the talents and abilities of team members in achieving organizational and team goals.\nAssists leadership in defining team’s goals.\nMonitors progress toward goals and objectives for areas of responsibility.\nBuilds, leads, and develops a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.\nProvides coaching and mentorship to team members, establishing clear career development paths and growth opportunities.\nPromotes servant leadership principles throughout the organization to empower and inspire teams.\nStrategic Product Planning \nDevelops and implements a robust product management strategy that aligns with business goals and technological vision.\nLeads and mentors a diverse team committed to transforming Compeer’s operating model.\nArticulates and communicates a compelling product vision and strategy for multiple digital products.\nCreates and maintains strategic product roadmaps that capitalize on business opportunities and market trends.\nEstablishes and track product Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).\nDrive strategic decision-making related to product investments, prioritization, and resource allocation.\nProduct Management \nCollaborates with executive leadership to ensure alignment between digital product strategy and overall business strategy.\nPartners with Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to ensure seamless product execution.\nLeads product portfolio reviews and strategic planning sessions to drive forward-thinking decisions.\nFacilitates cross-functional collaboration and priority setting to align product teams with business stakeholders.\nAdvocates for a client-centric approach across the organization.\nActs as a trusted advisor, guiding business technology and business teams on product adoption and optimization strategies.\nCollaboration and Engagement\nCommunicates program status, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders effectively.\nFacilitates cross-functional collaboration and decision-making processes.\nManages expectations and negotiates priorities amid competing demands, building strong relationships with Scrum Masters, infrastructure, and development teams.\nThe skills and experience we prefer you have: \nBachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, engineering or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.\n10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, software or delivery development with a focus on digital products and managing product portfolios.\n5+ years of leadership and management experience.\nExperience in regulated industries (banking, finance, etc.).\nProven track record of leading large-scale agile transformations.\nAdvanced experience in technical and business domains.\nAdvanced experience with agile planning and tracking tools Azure DevOps.\nAdvanced knowledge of lean portfolio management practices.\nProven ability to build effective partnerships with technology, business units, and external vendors to drive cloud success.\nStrong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.\nProven track record of leading large-scale agile transformations.\nSolid knowledge of DevOps practices.\nSolid understanding of software architecture and technical debt management.\nSuccessful delivery of strategic digital product initiatives and roadmap execution.\nAdvanced experience with client satisfaction and engagement metric improvements.\nLeadership skills to select, evaluate, engage, motivate, mentor, train, delegate, reward and lead remote team members.\nHow we will take care of you:\nOur job titles may span more than one career level (associate, senior, principal, etc.). The actual title and base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
