Business related transportation and expenses will be paid by the organization. This intern will work full-time through the summer of 2027, and part-time through the school year. The internship is located out of our Bloomington, IL office location. If pursuing internship credit through your university, it is your responsibility to consult with your advisor and review the internship's job description to ensure it meets the minimum eligibility requirements.\nThe contributions you will make: \nA Brand Marketing Intern will provide valuable support to the Brand & Creative Services team by monitoring industry trends, conducting competitive research and benchmarking and helping identify opportunities to strengthen Compeer's market position. The intern will also assist with social media content scheduling, daily channel monitoring, engagement support through approved evergreen responses, and other brand marketing initiatives, allowing the team to respond more efficiently while maintaining a consistent and engaging brand presence.\nA typical day: \nSocial media scheduling, monitoring for responses, and performance reporting.\nSupports competitive intelligence, trend monitoring, community engagement and reporting. \nThe skills and experience we prefer you have: \nWorking towards completing a Marketing or Ag Business degree. \nStrong interest in agriculture industry. \nStrong working knowledge of computers and software applications such as Excel and Word. \nSolid organizational, interpersonal, time management, written and oral communication skills required. \nAccuracy and attention to detail are essential. \nHow we will take care of you:\nActual hourly rate offered is dependent upon year in school, work experience, transferable skills, business needs and market demands.
