Summary\nThe Junior Accountant will assist in managing the company’s daily financial and accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, processing financial transactions, and supporting the preparation of financial reports.\nKey Responsibilities\nRecord daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records.\nPrepare payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, and other financial documents.\nMonitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.\nFollow up on customer payments and supplier balances.\nAssist in bank reconciliation and cash management.\nMaintain proper documentation of company expenses and purchases.\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.\nAssist in payroll preparation and employee expense records.\nTrack project-related expenses and procurement costs.\nAssist with tax documentation and statutory financial reporting.\nMaintain organized financial records and supporting documents.\nQualifications and Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.\n0–2 years of relevant work experience.\nGood understanding of basic accounting principles.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.\nKnowledge of Ethiopian tax regulations and VAT is an advantage.\nStrong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.\nHonesty, integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.\nto apply
