This role works closely with attorneys, senior paralegals, business stakeholders, procurement, sales, finance, and compliance teams to facilitate efficient contract execution while ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and business objectives.Job Description\nContract Management Support, including Contract Review & Negotiation\nDraft and review various contract types to ensure they comply with legal requirements and company policies/practices, identifying potential risks within the contract terms, and recommend necessary revisions or negotiations to mitigate those risks. Contract types include, without limitation: Master Services Agreements, Software as a Service Agreements, Supply Agreements, Research Agreements, Quality Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, HCP Consulting Agreements, Amendments, and other agreements as needed.\nSupport contract negotiations.\nCoordinate contract approvals and execution processes.\nTrack contract status, milestones, obligations, renewals, and expirations.\nAssist with the interpretation of contractual provisions and relevant company policies.\nPrepare summaries, reports, and analyses of contractual obligations and risks.\nMaintain contract templates and standard clauses.\nProcess\nAssist in maintaining contract management databases and electronic document repositories, including uploading completed agreements.\nAssist in generating reports and metrics related to contract performance and cycle times.\nAssist in improving contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes and procedures.\nClient Support\nPartner with procurement, sales, finance, and operational teams throughout the contracting process.\nProvide guidance regarding contracting procedures and approval requirements.\nServe as a point of contact for routine contract-related questions\nAdministrative\nAssists and supports department in other assigned activities.\n Education & Experience\nBachelor’s degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience. required.\n3-5 years’ experience as a paralegal or contract management professional in a corporation, pharmaceutical company and/or law firm experience is preferred.\nExperience using Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems preferred.
