Comply is the champion for compliance professionals, serving more than 7,000 clients globally by merging technology, consulting, and education. This role sits on our Customer Success team, at the front line of customer adoption. You’ll spend most of your time in 1:1 training sessions tailored to each customer’s role, goals, and experience, and you’ll also lead webinars, workshops, and office hours that reach many customers at once. You’ll own the training experience end to end, from scheduling to follow-up, and use customer feedback and data to keep making it better. It’s a role built for someone early in their career who loves teaching and wants hands-on experience with customers at scale, with real potential for advancement as you grow.\nYou’ll love this role if you love teaching and can explain complex topics clearly to whoever is in front of you- and you’re patient, curious, organized, and energized by learning new software and new subject matter.\nWhat you’ll do\nDeliver 1:1 training sessions tailored to each customer’s role, goals, and level of experience.\nLead webinars, workshops, and office hours that help customers adopt Comply products and get value from them.\nBuild deep knowledge of Comply products and how they map to client workflows and regulatory needs.\nCustomize Customer Education content (decks, demos, guides) for specific audiences, and recommend improvements based on what you see in sessions.\nPartner with the Customer Education leader to keep training resources accurate, current, and professional.\nOwn your training calendar end to end: scheduling, preparation, reminders, and follow-up so customers leave with clear next steps.\nTrack attendance, completion, and customer feedback, and use the results to refine session formats and topics.\nFlag risks and opportunities you hear in sessions (low adoption, frustration, expansion interest) to CSMs and account partners, and relay recurring questions and product gaps to Support and Product.\nLog training activity and outcomes accurately in Gainsight and other internal systems, and contribute to team projects that improve how we train our largest customer base.\nWhat success looks like in your first 90 days\nYou’ve ramped on Comply’s products and the compliance challenges our clients face, and you’re running 1:1 sessions on your own.\nYou’ve led your first webinars, workshops, or office hours and built a reliable scheduling-to-follow-up rhythm.\nYou’re tracking attendance, completion, and feedback, and using it to improve session formats and topics.\nWhat you’ll bring\nMust-have\n0-2 years of experience in training, customer support, customer success, teaching, or a similar customer-facing role.\nExceptional verbal and written communication, and comfort presenting to both small and large groups.\nThe ability to explain complex topics simply to audiences with different levels of knowledge.\nStrong organization and attention to detail across many scheduled sessions.\nProficiency with Teams, the Microsoft Suite, and webinar platforms, plus comfort learning new software (spreadsheets, CRM, email marketing, support, automation, and presentation tools).\nNice-to-have\nInterest in or familiarity with financial services or compliance.\nFamiliarity with Gainsight or a similar customer success platform.\nTo learn more about our values, mission and the wide-range of perks offered to employees at Comply, visithttps://www.comply.com/careers/.\nComply is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
