Comply365 spent two years integrating seven companies into one global leader: these include Vistair and Qualtero in 2024, ASQS, BEAMS and Rolls-Royce’s AQD in 2025, MINT Software Systems announced December 2025. Comply365 have built a Content, Safety and Training capability that used to sit in separate companies now sits under one roof, and the work now to develop the industry’s leading platform. In October 2025 the company named that ambition the One Platform Vision - ContentManager365, SafetyManager365 and TrainingManager365 on a single Operational Performance Platform that detects an operational signal, triggers change, orchestrates it across solution lines, and proves it happened. A Platform AI Layer - CoAuthor, CoAnalyst, CoTrainer - is going in across all three domains now.
The platform already carries operations for 50+ airlines, and the customer list runs to Qantas, British Airways, Delta and the Royal Air Force: with 550+ customers in 80+ countries, 500+ people across six offices in the Americas, EMEA and APAC, with Insight Partners and Liberty Hall Capital Partners behind the company. CEO Ilia Kostov frames the shift as moving from managing compliance to driving performance, and from reactive action to predictive insights, so operational performance stops being a cost centre and becomes a strategic advantage.
About the Role
Three things are true at once: the Solutions function here is being built rather than inherited, the Operational Content Management portfolio is consolidating onto one platform, and the AI layer is arriving inside it. Each one makes the customer conversation harder. A Director of Technical Publications holding four acquired content estates and an audit in the calendar does not want a demo script. They want someone who can say what happens to their estate, in what order, and what stays unresolved. That’s this job.
This is a hybrid role based in Vienna, Austria with the expectation of office attendance 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- The tower, worldwide.products include Comply365’s: ContentManager365, DocuNet, ProAuthor, AI Assistant and CoAuthor - plus the platform questions that travel with them: integrations, identity, tenancy, security.
- The standards.The discovery flow and question libraries, the demonstration narrative and golden paths, the proof-of-value entry gate, the solution-mapping standard, the tower’s RFx answer content. You write them, and you keep them current.
- The hardest pursuits.Multi-product, multi-region, migration-heavy, TechOps and MRO, plus defense aviation and rail where they come up.
- The demonstration environment, its data and its scenarios.
- The consolidation and migration story- the most consequential conversation in the portfolio.
- The gaps.You keep the register, you state them to customers, and you carry them into roadmap discussions for OCM and OCM AI.
A Week In The Role
Monday:discovery with a carrier’s technical publications and quality leads, working out how a manual is authored, approved, made effective, and proven to have reached the line.
Tuesday:mapping what you heard onto ContentManager365 - what fits, what needs an integration, what doesn’t exist yet.
Wednesday:a workflow-led demonstration to that carrier’s IT and security function, and the SSO and offline-distribution questions that follow it.
Thursday:rebuilding the tower’s demo data so the next four demonstrations don’t need rebuilding, then reviewing a colleague’s solution map for an EMEA pursuit.
Friday:the technical section of an RFP for a defense operator, and thirty minutes with Product on a gap you’ve now seen three times.
What We're Looking For
- Deep, current knowledge of operational content in commercial aviation - flight operations, technical operations/engineering or MRO. Operator, MRO, regulator or vendor; we don’t mind where you got it.
- The controlled content lifecycle in your hands rather than in theory: revision control, effective dates, controlled publication, distribution, proof of receipt.
- Customer-facing technical ownership on enterprise deals: discovery, demonstration, bounded proofs, RFx.
- Willingness to say the uncomfortable thing - a gap, a no, a timeline that won’t work - to a customer and to us.
- Comfortable traveling across the Americas, EMEA, Middle East and APAC for a pursuit.
- (Nice to have) S1000D or ATA iSpec 2200 in practice; migration experience moving content estates between platforms; defense aviation or rail; Transport Canada or ANAC alongside FAA; mentoring technical peers.

You can expect a salary based on your individual qualifications and relevant professional experience in accordance with the collective agreement classification (from €72,000 to €81,000). You will receive a competitive salary in line with market conditions
