This role serves as a key connection between the CustomerService team,suppliers, and internal stakeholders, while providing supportto the Procurement team.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCreates all direct ship purchase orders and coordinates the process for direct shipment between the vendor and customer.\nReviews freight terms, product pricing details, and additional charges for all direct shipment purchase orders.\nConfirms and monitors direct shipments with the supplier.\nProvides support to the counterpart support functions.\nExpected Skills and Qualifications:\n2 or more years of experience in procurement support or B2B customer service, order coordination.\n\nExperience supporting supplier relationships, direct shipment processing, or distribution operations is preferred.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.\n\nAbility to learn and effectively utilize purchasing, inventory, and order management systems.Experience working with ERP systems, purchasing systems, or SAP is preferred.\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent.\n\nPre-Employment Requirement:\nEmployment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
