Include but may not be limited to the following:\nPrepare all required fiscal reports and supporting documentation on a timely basis based on the terms of each grant, agreement, or contract.\nMaintain files of all reports and back-up material for audit and administrative review.\nCompare Grant Budget vs. Actual reports to ensure all grants have been billed for the month and revenue/ expense seem reasonable.\nOther duties as assigned\nSpecific Accounting Functions\nUtilize computer for recording all journal transactions\nLearns program billing procedures\nAssists in the preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reports to funding sources\nRecords Payroll costs, Health costs, HRA, Accrued payroll, Accounts Receivable, Monthly/Weekly deposits in g/l\nCompletes special projects as needed\nCross trained in accounts payable and other fiscal functions as needed\nAssist Bookkeeper with Deposits and Accounts Payable as needed\nOther duties as assigned.\nDepartmental / Main Office Functions\nEnsures all deadlines are met in processing all assigned accounting duties\nEnsures accuracy of records\nCommunicates well with supervisor and colleagues regarding workflow, prioritizing of time, and related suggestions and/or problems that may arise\nParticipates in Financial Department meetings\nCollaborates effectively with colleagues across all departments\nOur Benefits\nOur comprehensive benefits package includes 403(b), health insurance, vision and dental insurance, life insurance, long term disability, flexible spending accounts, health reimbursement accounts, tuition reimbursement up to $1,000 annually, Employee Assistance Program, generous vacation, sick and personal days, and up to 13 available paid holidays for full-time employees and some benefits are included for part-time employees.\nCCAP strives to cultivate and sustain a workforce devoted to providing compassionate and respectful care to all patients and clients.
