You will utilize your relationship management skills to ensure that our services strengthen the overall customer experience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other internal partners within ComPsych to make sure that our service delivery is flawless.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage the overall customer satisfaction and profitability of your assigned customers\nDemonstrate a thorough understanding of your customers' business, human capital and benefits concerns\nAppropriately position ComPsych's value proposition with beneficial solutions to meet your customers' needs\nRetain and grow your book of business by meeting customer satisfaction ratings and identifying upsell opportunities\nImplement and manage the effective delivery of your customers' programs including communication strategies, customer training, issue resolution and utilization reporting\nEstablish and build strong working relationships with ComPsych’s business leaders and team members\nPerform other duties as assigned\nWhat We're Looking For\nBS/BA required\nAccount management experience required\nExperience working in insurance, benefits, healthcare or human resources-related services, a plus\nProven track record of successfully selling additional service lines to current customers\nStable work history required\nComputer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite required\nTravel as necessary to meet with new and existing customers and for Annual Kick-Off\nSelf-starter with ability to multi-task and work autonomously\nExcellent organizational and project management skills\nEffective interpersonal and communication skills\nAbility to travel up to 25% of the time \nOther Requirements\nConsistent and reliable high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption, or noise is required\nAbility to be present on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and/or events\nMust be able to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer\nCompensation and Benefits\nThe salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 annual. The salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
