The SPM sets strategies and manages teams and their financial performance. This role leads and mentors PM’s, APM’s and PE’s, manages risks, and serves as the main point of contact or escalation for internal and external project stakeholders. Field work may involve exposure to extreme weather, construction sites, and potentially hazardous materials. Ability to walk, stand, and climb stairs/ladders on job sites; lift up to 20 lbs; maneuver in small or confined spaces.\n\nPosition Type:\nThis is a full-time position.\n\nRequired Education and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree and/or equivalent education and experience in construction management, engineering or related field.\n5+ years’ experience in project management and estimating.\n\nPreferred Education and Experience:\nCommercial general contracting experience, preferably in the data center or mission-critical space.\nProject Management Certification\nCompu Dynamics Pay Range\n$145,000—$175,000 USD\nCompu Dynamics offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports the health, well-being, and growth of our team members.
