Quereinstieg: Umschulung Kaufleute für IT-System-Management (m/w/d) am Standort Oberessendorf zum 01.09.2026

Diese Stelle richtet sich ausdrücklich an Umschüler, die bereits eine medizinische Erstausbildung abgeschlossen haben, z.B.: medizinisches Fachpersonal wie Therapeuten, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger bzw. Pflegefachkräfte, medizinische Fachangestellte und die sich beruflich neu orientieren möchten.

Idealerweise wird Deine Umschulung durch die Agentur für Arbeit oder die Deutsche Rentenversicherung gefördert - dies ist jedoch keine Voraussetzung.

Wir unterstützen Dich beim Einstieg in den IT-Bereich und beim Übergang von Deinem medizinischen Beruf in die IT-Systemwelt.

Was erwartet Dich?

  • Du unterstützt externe und interne Kunden wie Reha-Kliniken bei IT-Projekten
  • Du betreust IT-Systeme für Reha-Kliniken in den Bereichen Patientenverwaltung, Abrechnung, Therapieplanung
  • Du beherrschst Soft- und Hardware und bewertest Projekte betriebswirtschaftlich
  • Du übersetzt Kundenanforderungen an unsere Softwareentwicklung
  • Du erhältst Einblicke in verschiedene Fachbereiche wie das Produkt- und Qualitätsmanagement, den technischen Kundensupport, das Business Controlling, u.a.

Für die Ausbildung/Umschulung zur Kauffrau/zum Kaufmann für IT-System-Management solltest Du:

  • Technisches Verständnis und kaufmännisches Interesse besitzen
  • Ein Planungs- und Organisationstalent sein
  • Spaß daran haben, Prozesse zu hinterfragen und Verbesserungspotentiale aufzudecken
  • Neugierig und motiviert sein Dich in neue Technologien und IT-Trends einzuarbeiten
  • Gerne im Team arbeiten und gut kommunizieren können (Deutsch: C1-Niveau)

Für Umschüler zusätzlich:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im medizinischen Bereich z.B. Therapeut, Pflegefachkraft, medizinische Fachangestellte o.ä.)
  • Idealerweise eine Bewilligung bzw. Aussicht auf Förderung der Umschulung durch die Agentur für Arbeit oder einen anderen Kostenträger
  • Bereitschaft, Dich von der Patientenversorgung in Richtung IT-gestütztes Arbeiten im Gesundheitswesen weiterzuentwickeln
