Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in test automation, with a solid grasp of multi-layered test frameworks, stress testing and performance testing.
  • Strong programming skills (e. g. C#, Java, Python or TypeScript).
  • C# experience and penetration-testing capabilities are a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and modern test tooling (e. g. Ranorex, Playwright, Cypress, GitLab CI); ISTQB or equivalent certification is appreciated.
  • Demonstrated effective use of AI in QA workflows.
  • Experience with Claude Code or similar building agents, skills and workflows is preferred; AI pipelines, harnesses and context engineering are a strong plus.
  • Strong problem-solving orientation, innovation, proactivity, and a quality-first mindset aligned with our healthcare purpose.
  • Excellent communication skills; Fluent English; German is a plus.
