Our engineers are the foundation of success for our customers and our business. The Cybersecurity Solutions Architect is part of an exceptional team of Engineers and Architects that partner with and work as trusted advisors for our customers. This role provides both pre- and post-sales consultation, design, and implementation support and oversight.\nOur Cybersecurity Solution Architects have diverse backgrounds and typically include a combination of experience in: Engineering, technical aptitude across several technologies, and are skilled at developing a broad and deep understanding of our customer’s requirements. This position will mentor other engineers and assist with creating bill of materials, statements of work, and technical proposal components. This role performs the following responsibilities:\nClearly communicates technical information to customers including technical and non-technical staff\nWorks with Solutions Architects to create and evaluate system designs\nCollaborates with customers on solution designs and deployments\nMaintains Expert Level Certifications in their technical areas of focus\nEngages and assists Solutions Engineers with key strategic accounts\nProvides both the pre-sales designs and mentor post-sales implementations with engineering peers\nDevelops deployment standards for CompuNet’s diverse Customer base and verticals. Ensures deployment standards and best practices are reflected in Statements of Work (SOW). Engages with other Senior Solutions Engineers, as well as local Solutions Architects, to improve and maintain deployment standards within CompuNet\nAssists Engineering Directors and Managers in identifying professional services opportunities and with recruiting and hiring efforts\nPairs with Engineering Directors and Managers to review project scopes for validation\nAssists with bill of materials, statements of work, technical proposal components\nOther duties as assigned\nWho you are\nWe’re looking for a strong team player that is invested in helping their customers and co-workers succeed. They have well-developed communication skills and can demonstrate proven technical ability, refined relationship management skills, and problem-solving skills.
