Account Managers work to identify opportunities within their current customer base or benefit from the many marketing activities sponsored by Computacenter. Additional competencies include strong communication and listening skills, the ability to determine, with the assistance of our extensive technical resources, the correct solutions, and then present and close these solutions.\nAnnual compensation: 120K - $150K USD + commssion (OTE $240K - $300K USD)\nWhat you’ll be doing\nPartner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values. \nPresent the Computacenter story to targeted customers face-to-face. \nThorough preparation prior to customer meetings, as well as timely follow up after the meetings with customers and managers. \nFind short term and long-term sales opportunities via onsite discussions, marketing programs, and telemarketing. \nPossess and be able to expand extensive knowledge about vendor partnerships and Computacenter solutions and be able to communicate these to the customers. \nWork closely with Sales Managers, Vendors, and Internal Resources to ensure open communications and delivery of the contracted solutions to our customers. \nMaintain sales certifications as outlined by vendors. \nMeet / engage with core vendors on a regular basis. \nStrategize and fully utilize the Business Acquisition Team (BAT) within the region. \nUnderstand and abide by all security and operational policies. \nHigh product expectation. \nSafety and security of facility. \nEmbrace and support Computacenter’s mission and core values. \nWhat you have\nMinimum of 5 years of sales experience with proven track record of success. \nMinimum of 3 years of sales experience specifically in selling hardware, software, and services. \nMinimum of 2 consecutive years of exceeding sales goal targets. \nTechnology background or experience is preferred. \nExceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills. \nKeen ability to manage time effectively and prioritize work. \nMust be highly organized. \nProfessional self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively with others. \nAbility to work independently and exercise discretion and personal judgment \nIntermediate skills using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and the Internet. \nAbility to travel to meetings.
