Support within an enterprise IT environment\nWhat You'll Do\nProvide Level 1 technical support for hardware, software, application, and connectivity-related issues.\nTroubleshoot basic issues related to Windows 10/11, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365.\nAssist users with password resets, account access, multi-factor authentication, and basic authentication-related issues.\nTroubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity issues.\nLog, categorize, prioritize, update, and resolve incidents and service requests using an ITSM or ticketing tool.\nFollow standard troubleshooting procedures and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams.\nSupport user onboarding and offboarding activities.\nAssist with basic Microsoft 365 administration and user management activities.\nProvide remote assistance and basic endpoint troubleshooting.\nMaintain accurate documentation of troubleshooting steps and resolutions.\nCommunicate effectively with users and provide timely updates on open tickets.\nMaintain agreed service levels and contribute to a positive end-user experience.\nWhat You'll Need\nA graduate degree in any discipline.\n0 to 2 years of relevant experience in IT support, Service Desk, or a similar role.\nFresh B.Tech Graduate can be considered\nBasic understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows troubleshooting, and networking concepts.\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.\nA keen interest in IT infrastructure and technical support.\nWillingness to learn and work in an enterprise IT environment.\nFlexibility to work from the Noida office in 24×7 rotational
