role in ensuring that all changes and releases to systems, processes, and services are assessed, documented, planned, and implemented with minimal risk and maximum efficiency.\nThis position is at the heart of our Change and Release Management processes, providing structure and governance to maintain service stability while supporting innovation and growth.\nThe role also coordinates release scope, schedules, readiness, implementation, and post-release activity across customer and internal teams.\nKey responsibilities include:\nEvaluating Change Requests: Reviewing proposed changes for impact, risk, and alignment with business objectives.\nFacilitating Approvals: Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure changes are properly authorized and scheduled.\nMaintaining Records: Keeping accurate documentation of all changes for compliance and audit purposes.\nContinuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance change governance as the team scales.\nThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values attention to detail, and enjoys collaborating across multiple teams to deliver safe and successful change.\nWhat you’ll do\nEnsure all Requests for Changes are registered on the Computacenter and Customers Tool Management System for tracking and auditing of SLA / OLA.\nVet all RFC's.\nEnsure all logged Request for Changes, are promptly and correctly approved by authorised approvers.\nEnsure all logged RFCs are updated on the Tool Management System with progress that occurs, including any actions to correct problems and/or to take opportunities to improve service quality.\nEnsure all Emergency Changes are efficiently processed in line with the Change Management procedure and communicated to relevant parties.\nEnsure all approved changes are communicated to all effecting service owners and the SOC Bridge.\nLiaise with all necessary parties to co-ordinate the change building, testing and implementation in line with schedules.\nEnsure all RFCs are closed within a timely manner.\nAttend and/or chair CAB meetings in absence of Change Manager or as requested.\nAbility to understand the impact of Change on a Customer environment.\nManaging the Risk associated and having the Authority to challenge Customer and CC requestors.\nKnow your contractual service and obligations to understand the impact of customer driven change.\nEngagement with Configuration Management\nEscalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer demands are met.\nAct in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation\nOwn the Remote Services Forward Schedule of Changes\n(FSC) and ensure that the most up to date version is available for all to view and updates communicated.\nProvide ad-hoc and routine change management reports to the agreed timescales.\nSupport the definition of release scope and content with the customer and relevant technical teams, confirming ownership and commitment for delivery.\nMaintain accurate release records, implementation status, dependencies, risks, and milestones within the Tool Management System.\nEnsure release policies, processes, entry and exit criteria, and required documentation are followed across all environments.\nCoordinate release readiness activities, including build, test, business validation, implementation, communications, support arrangements, and back-out planning.\nIdentify and analyse scheduling conflicts, dependencies, and risks affecting releases into production, escalating issues where required.\nWork with Incident, Problem, Configuration, and Service Management teams to ensure release information is complete, accurate, and consistent.\nMaintain and communicate the release schedule and pipeline within agreed timescales, ensuring stakeholders understand planned activity and business impact.\nProvide accurate release reporting, including progress, outcomes, exceptions, failed or backed-out releases, and actions arising from post-implementation reviews.\nWhat you’ll need\nWorks under general supervision.\nUses
