The role acts as the bridge between technology capabilities and business outcomes, ensuring employees, delivery teams and stakeholders can effectively leverage Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Fabric and Automation platforms.\nThe role drives enablement strategies, learning programmes, Communities of Practice, adoption campaigns and hands-on engagement activities that increase business value and AI maturity across the organisation.\nWhat you’ll do\nAI & Automation Adoption (25%)\nDevelop and execute adoption strategies for AI and automation capabilities.\nDrive business engagement and identify opportunities to increase utilisation.\nDefine and monitor adoption KPIs and value metrics.\nFacilitate AI champions and Communities of Practice.\nCapability Development & Training (25%)\nCreate learning pathways for Copilot, Copilot Studio, Foundry and Fabric.\nDeliver workshops, bootcamps, office hours and enablement sessions.\nEstablish accreditation and certification frameworks.\nBuild reusable training assets and playbooks.\nBusiness Engagement & Change Management (20%)\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand adoption barriers.\nSupport change management and communication activities.\nProvide guidance on AI operating models and best practices.\nAct as a trusted advisor for business units embarking on AI journeys.\nGovernance & Responsible AI (15%)\nPromote responsible AI practices and governance standards.\nEnsure adoption activities align to security and compliance requirements.\nSupport AI governance forums and reporting.\nValue Realisation & Continuous Improvement (15%)\nMeasure business outcomes from AI deployments.\nTrack success stories and realised benefits.\nUse feedback and metrics to improve enablement approaches.\nWhat you’ll need\nEssential Skills\nExperience leading technology adoption or enablement programmes.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.\nExperience designing and delivering learning programmes.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nStrong facilitation and workshop leadership experience.\nAbility to translate technical AI concepts into business language.\nDesirable Skills\nCopilot Studio\nAzure AI Foundry\nMicrosoft Fabric\nPower Platform\nChange Management certifications (Prosci preferred)\nTraining and coaching certifications\nSuccess Measures\nCopilot and AI adoption growth\nBusiness satisfaction scores\nNumber of enabled users and teams\nEnablement programme participation\nAI use case growth attributable to enablement activities\nBenefits realised from AI adoption initiatives\nAbout us\nComputacenter is a leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services, with about 21,000 employees worldwide.
