In this role, you'll be responsible for the operational management, planning, and governance of Offensive Security services, acting as the key link between security specialists, project teams, customers, and third-party partners.\nYou'll play a critical role in ensuring penetration testing, red teaming, and purple teaming engagements are delivered efficiently and consistently, while enabling our security specialists to focus on delivering high-quality security assurance activities.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the end-to-end delivery of internal and externally delivered Offensive Security services. \nCoordinate penetration testing, red team, and purple team engagements from request through to completion. \nManage engagement planning, scheduling, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery priorities. \nAct as the primary operational contact for project teams, service managers, customers, and key stakeholders. \nManage the Offensive Security demand pipeline, supporting capacity planning and forecasting activities. \nCoordinate internal resources and third-party suppliers to ensure successful service delivery. \nOversee engagement governance, including risk management, issue resolution, reporting, and service metrics. \nSupport audit, compliance, and assurance activities while maintaining operational documentation and service records. \nDrive continual service improvement, process optimisation, and automation initiatives across the Offensive Security function. \nWhat You'll Need\nExperience delivering cyber security, consultancy, professional services, or technical service offerings. \nStrong service delivery, planning, scheduling, and workload management skills. \nExperience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and competing priorities. \nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organisational levels. \nStrong customer relationship management and supplier coordination experience. \nExperience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and operational governance activities. \nStrong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to work independently while building effective relationships across technical and non-technical teams. \nAbout us\nComputacenter is a leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services, with about 21,000 employees worldwide.
