Ensure governance, standards and decision-making support coherent, value-led and sustainable technology change across these corporate functions.\nWhat you'll do\nAct as the Enterprise Architecture lead for Global Business Services which covers both our Business Services (e.g. Finance, HR, Legal, Property) and Information Services (Cyber, Platforms, Delivery) divisions. You will be helping business and technology stakeholders make informed decisions that support strategy, value delivery and risk reduction.\nPartner with Business Services and GIS stakeholders and work with Solution Architecture and delivery teams to define a shared architecture vision and roadmap for our services and investments in your scope.\nAssure solution options against enterprise architecture principles, guardrails, commercial considerations and business outcomes before they progress into delivery.\nSupport annual and quarterly planning by ensuring initiatives align to agreed strategies, architecture direction, dependencies, risks and value priorities.\nMaintain effective architecture governance, decision records, standards and tooling so stakeholders can make transparent and consistent decisions.\nContribute to continuous improvement of the Enterprise Architecture practice by improving EA information quality, reusable artefacts, tools and ways of working.\nWhat you'll need\nEnterprise Architecture experience across corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Legal, as well as technology capabilities in associated with Cyber, Cloud Platforms and Workspace.\nStrong understanding of business applications, integration, data, controls, risk, compliance and technology operating models.\nAbility to translate business strategy into technology strategy, capability roadmaps, architecture principles and portfolio guidance.\nKnowledge of frameworks and methods including TOGAF, ArchiMate, SAFe, ITIL, FinOps, DevSecOps, Responsible AI principles, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001 and ISO 27001.\nExperience with enterprise architecture and modelling tools such as LeanIX, Ardoq, Bizzdesign, ArchiMate or Sparx EA.\nCredible stakeholder influencer who can engage, challenge and guide senior business, GIS and delivery stakeholders.\nTechnology-neutral and outcome-focused, with the judgement to balance value, cost, risk, complexity and sustainability.\nStrong analytical, planning, facilitation, negotiation, communication and organisational skills.\nExperience using EA repositories, architecture models, roadmaps and decision artefacts to improve governance and decision-making.\nLeadership Requirements\nBridges business and technology conversations with clear, practical communication.\nTurns strategic direction into executable roadmaps, decisions and governed change.\nInfluences senior stakeholders through credibility, facilitation and constructive challenge.\nFocuses on business outcomes, value delivery, risk reduction and sustainable decisions.\nBuilds trust by helping stakeholders navigate complexity, ambiguity and change.\nCritical Success Factors\nClear architecture direction adopted by Finance, HR, Legal and GIS stakeholders.\nRoadmaps and decision artefacts that support portfolio prioritisation and delivery choices.\nTechnology decisions demonstrably aligned to business outcomes, value, risk and sustainability.\nEffective governance that improves transparency, consistency and delivery confidence.\nStrong stakeholder confidence in the EA role, practice and recommendations.\nAbout us\nComputacenter is a leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services, with about 21,000 employees worldwide.
