You will help the business improve revenue, margin, working capital and return on investment while maintaining strong financial governance.\nYou will translate complex financial information into clear business actions, enabling leaders to make informed commercial and strategic decisions.\nWhat you’ll do\nPartner with Reseller Business Leadership and Sales teams to drive profitable revenue growth and improve commercial performance.\nLead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and long-range planning for revenue, gross margin, operating profit and cash flow.\nAnalyse customer, vendor and product profitability, identifying margin leakage, commercial risks and improvement opportunities.\nSupport the financial evaluation of large deals, bid proposals, pricing decisions, discounts and commercial agreements.\nPartner with Vendor Management teams to maximise vendor rebates, incentives, MDF and programme benefits.\nPrepare financial models, business cases, scenario analysis and investment evaluations for new products, partnerships and growth initiatives.\nMonitor business performance against plans and provide clear visibility of financial risks, opportunities and corrective actions.\nDevelop commercial dashboards and present monthly performance reviews to senior business leaders.\nSupport commercial negotiations and provide financial insight for strategic business reviews.\nWork with Finance and Operations teams to improve inventory management, accounts receivable, vendor funding, cash flow and the cash-conversion cycle.\nEnsure accurate recognition and reporting of revenue, margins and vendor income.\nMaintain compliance with financial controls, policies, audit requirements and governance standards.\nWhat you’ll need\n10-15 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis or Finance Business Partnering.\nA professional qualification such as CA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent.\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business or a related discipline.\nStrong experience partnering with Sales, Vendor Management, Procurement, Operations or Commercial teams.\nProven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, margin analysis, pricing and profitability management.\nExperience evaluating business cases, commercial agreements, investments and large customer deals.\nUnderstanding of vendor incentive programmes, rebates, MDF and vendor income forecasting.\nStrong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial information into practical business recommendations.\nAdvanced Excel skills and experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.\nExperience with Power BI or similar reporting and visualisation tools would be advantageous.\nStrong stakeholder management, executive communication, influencing and negotiation capabilities.\nA results-oriented and data-driven approach, with high levels of integrity, accountability and financial discipline.\nPrevious experience within technology distribution, IT resellers, hardware, software, telecommunications or channel-led businesses would be advantageous.\nAbout us\nComputacenter is a leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services, with about 21,000 employees worldwide.
